客家面，大巴刹小食中心，劳勿 Raub

客家面是一道在瓜拉立卑 (Kuala Lipis) 家喻户晓的民间食物...

尤其是那在那道长长的楼梯间的“张哥面”...

小时候，老爸常常带着我们到瓜拉立卑去~

张哥面也是我们每一次必吃的食物...

但，自从Uncle Rocky搬迁至文冬以后，我们就再也没有吃过了！

五年前，在劳勿，我再一次品尝到那让我怀念不已的味道~

就在劳勿 (Raub) 大巴刹小食中心的一个小小面档...

开斋节的四天假期，我花了两天在生病~

还有两天，

就是和一班死党实行了我们一年一度的开斋节之旅...

一伙人浩浩荡荡的往马来西亚南部出发...

展开了我们的三天两夜的柔佛龟咯之旅~

牧场的半日游...

渔村的两天...

我开始想念有他们在身边，开心打闹，尽情说笑的时刻...

it was last month buddies gathering~

we fixed it once a month on this year CNY...

and i'm glad that we are keeping the promise...

actually it's not difficult at all...

almost every month we will have someone's birthday to celebrate...

on the months that no celebration, that's where we plan for gathering~

this time was at Ben's General Food Store, Bangsar Village I...

Bangsar has became a common location for our gatherings or celebrations...

just because it's in the middle of everyone's staying place...

hmm... seem like i've gone too far~

let's back to the topic...

 seriously, i wonder why they used lemons as the menu cover...

haha~ i know is a bit too much...

i've done some research before i went...

so, without looking at the menu, i already knew what i wanted to order~

Fried Eggplant & Sliced Chicken

 this fried eggplant with sliced chicken tasted just like our Chinese style fried eggplant...

only different if it was a cold dish...

served with french beans, kicap manis and garlic dressing...

it was really good that i finished all 2 portions...

why 2 portions?
because they served me the wrong one which supposedly the Roasted Cod Fish...

Sin Kee Home Style Cooking, Gombak

Sin Kee Home Style Cooking is a neighbourhood restaurant hidden in Gombak housing area~

occupied a corner lot of the area, backyard as parking lot for their customers...

no fancy interior, normal mamak stall tables and chairs...

but providing warm and friendly service...

charging reasonable price too...

let's see what we had on the night~

泰式招牌豆腐 Thai Style Signature Tofu  RM 18.00

deep fried their signature homemade tofu and topped with Thai sauce with onions...

goes very well with rice~

Royale Spa, The Curve

Jojoba Spa is one of the top ranking spa in KL...

well known with it's 5star service and of course the 5star price...

without the discounted voucher, i don't think i can afford to enjoy the service...

what a mad? yes! it was a madness deal...

and i got it during the parent's day season... =D

choose either Jojoba Spa, Berjaya Times Square or Royale Spa, The Curve

i picked the later one since it's nearer to my place...
