Sin Kee Home Style Cooking, Gombak

Sin Kee Home Style Cooking is a neighbourhood restaurant hidden in Gombak housing area~

occupied a corner lot of the area, backyard as parking lot for their customers...

no fancy interior, normal mamak stall tables and chairs...

but providing warm and friendly service...

charging reasonable price too...

let's see what we had on the night~

泰式招牌豆腐 Thai Style Signature Tofu  RM 18.00

deep fried their signature homemade tofu and topped with Thai sauce with onions...

goes very well with rice~

亚参金丝松鱼 Asam Fish  RM 26.00

 my uncles called this fish as "fish with the wrong backside"... XD

because it was a crossbred fish...

the fish was fresh and i like their Asam very much...

the gravy made me had extra rice...

蒙古炸花腩 Mongolian Style Deep Fried Pork Slices RM 25.00

 the black pepper deep fried pork slices was good...

but i would prefer it as snack with a couple of drinks~ 

虾米炒长豆包菜 Stir Fried Long Beans & Cabbages with Dried Prawn  RM 15.00

 the only vegetable of the night...

although i don't really fancy long beans and cabbages...

still i had most of it~ i can't survive without vegetables...

it was okay, just too oily for my liking~

姜茸金丝松鱼 Steamed Fish with Ginger & Garlic  RM 27.00

 i love this steamed fish...

can really taste the freshness of the fish~

ginger and garlic good for health too...

what a healthy dish... =)

咸鱼花腩 Pork Slices Cooked with Salted Fish  RM 25.00

we added this salted fish pork slices later when all the dishes were served...

just because 5 out of 7 of us crazy over salted fish...

but this was really good~ 

generous on the salted fish, with some gravy...

tender pork slices cooked to perfection...

goes really well with rice...

a table for 7, with 6 dishes...

total damage was only RM 143.00 with rice and drinks...

we brought our own whiskey bottle, they provided us water and ice 

at ONLY RM 4.00 for the whole night...

i like their service, and their food too...

taste of mummy's cooking~ just slightly salter... haha! =D
