El Sid's Bar, Medan Damansara

Sid's Pub is a very famous pub in town...

they've been growing big and has already 4 outlets around KL and PJ...

lately, they have opened a new outlet in Medan Damansara...

but they named the outlet differently and this outlet was in a different concept...

located at the corner lot, same row with Victoria Station and Jake's...

El Sid's Bar has a very eye-catchy signboard...

looking into the bar, it was breezy and splashed with colourful colours that made the bar attractive...

walked into the bar, we were greeted by friendly staff...

menu was given as soon as we were seated...

very good first impression i have had with El Sid's Bar...

we were there for a purpose...

to try their Margarita on tap...

friend of ours been telling us about how amazing the Margarita can be on tap...

Frozen Margarita  RM 14.00/glass (Happy Hour)

 the Frozen Margarita was good...

but the tap was totally different with what we imagined...

they have various Margarita on the menu...

but the Original Frozen Margarita was the only one on tap...

就去了角头间的西餐厅~

没完没了地工作，总算可以暂时松一口气~

做一些自己想做的事，而我现在最想做的就是把进度追回来...

有太多的好康想分享，有太多的照片要处理...

很忙，却也很敏感~ 不知道为何我的脑还有时间去胡思乱想！

也许心里的阴影一直存在，也许真的是太在乎...

十余年的友情啊~ 真的不想失去...

好啦~ 那不是这里的重点啦...

之前就有提过说 Medan Damansara 是公司附近的好料区嘛~

继 Vintry 之后，我们去了 La Risata...

一家占据两间店面的意大利餐厅...

3个人的午餐~ 我们吃了还真不少... =D

Vintry, Medan Damansara

最近又迷上“眼睛旅行”... 就是去读别人的游记，然后看着他们所拍的照片，震撼不已！

世界之大，纵使只是一个小小的乡村都可以被他们捕捉到非常迷人的一面...

读着他们的文字，我发现自己以前骄傲不已的文笔，其实不过如此而已...

再说，自从出社会工作以后，因为要追上本来就比别人差的英文，

我也已经好久没有好好的用华文来写些什么了～

好啦～长篇大论的... 言归正传吧！

工作天的午餐常常会让我很烦恼...

每天都必须想说，今天要吃些什么呢？

Medan Damansara 算是最靠近我公司的“好料区”...

为什么是“好料区”？因为那里有整整两排好餐厅！

除了我们最常去的 Mezze 和卖着一流牛扒的 Jake's...

还有好几家看起来都很不错的餐厅... 

较早前，我们去了一趟 Vintry...

环境和装潢都很适合他们的卖点～

喝酒，就是要轻松

 气氛舒适，还有舒服的沙发...

Mezze Bar & Bistro, Medan Damansara

i think i will consider myself as one of the regulars to this one of the top 40 restaurants in KL (voted by Time Out)... it was really close to my work place, not too far from home~ whenever we wanted to have lunch on Friday or working Saturday, this is will a great place to go... why only for lunch? because of the quiet and cozy ambiance... i prefer to see the quiet side of Mezze Bar & Bistro, rather than the lively but noisy side of it... yes! Mezze is the one i'm talking about~ during day time, especially Saturday after work, not rushing to anywhere, just sit down, have a good lunch, couple of beers... hmm~ what a relaxing day... =)

maybe you will ask why i'm so in love with Mezze... i have beautiful memories there~ and of course their yummy-licious menu, especially our all time favourite -- Olio Bacon...

if you read about my previous post about dining with Mezze for lunch & dinner... this flavourful pasta will definitely seem very familiar to you... =) i went back to Mezze last two Saturdays... one is to introduce Mezze to my colleague, another one is a discussion lunch with buddies... both went after work, colleague and i grabbed some beers that afternoon...

JAKE's charbroil steak, Medan Damansara

finally~ last post about my birthday...

i had an extraordinary birthday this year...

4 celebration dinners with lots of love and surprise~

and my 3rd dinner was in JAKE's charbroil steak...

didn't really plan for this dinner actually...

it was supposedly a normal gathering of us when Paul back in Malaysia...

coincidentally, he suggested the dinner on 25 May 2012...

then, they were kind enough to make a celebration for me~ ^^

i had a great day out with myself at Poco~ 

but i never expect the night started with a shocking news...

although it was not as what i've planned... but i had a great night with my beloved buddies...

at one of my favourite restaurat~ a restaurant that i always grumbling about i wanted to try their dinner menu...

and yes! last minute we decided to have my birthday dinner there~

thank God it was not full house yet when we arrived...

let's see what we had for the night at Mezze...

Cod Brandade  RM25.00

this was awesome! was in their special menu...
a very good tapas to start with...
minced cod baked with cheese and some other ingredients...
dipped with small slices of bread~ yummy!

最近心情起伏都很大...可以在瞬间由原本的好心情就变成了狂风暴雨...也不知道是为什么~

每每心情不好的时候，就会很想要狂吃一顿！以前，在家的日子...就会call他出来，然后两个人去吃个够！现在，好像都不再可能了... 所以啊~现在只要心情不好，就会把之前所拍下品尝过的美食拿出来和大家分享... 酱至少可以回味一下嘛~ 那些吃到好吃食物的好心情...

Mezze Bar & Bistro是一家很有特色的餐厅...还记得第一次到那里去，是一个很特别的朋友一直嚷着说要推荐这家餐厅给我...之后，都是一个老朋友带我去的...这个老朋友是唯一一个会在我上班的时候，不计较地点特地来找我吃饭的！然后，我们就去了几次...每一次都点一样的东西，唯独这一次~

我好喜欢好喜欢那里的感觉...很安静，很舒服！装潢很时尚～只可惜，每一次都没有相机，连食物也是用手机拍的...下次吧！当我去品尝他们的晚餐菜单的时候...我一定会记得把相机一并带出门的！
