嘿嘿~ 别误会！我们没有出国哦！这个是位于 Mutiara Damansara 的 KidZania Kuala Lumpur 的大堂。嘻嘻~ 是的！上个周末，我们带着胖哥肥妹到 KidZania 体验打工生活去了！

入门先映入眼帘的便是这个酷似机场的大堂，让我们直接就先兴奋了一波。网上预先登记好门票，入内就可以到柜台出领取 Kidzo，也就是 KidZania KL 内会使用的纸币，然后直接上到5楼去，就可以展开一日各种领域、不同身份的体验啦！

难得那天贝也蛮早下班回家，就想说凑个热闹吧！
就这样，带着肥妹到我们一直都很想尝试的...

装潢非常中式，简单却优雅~
虽然桌椅都排得密密麻麻的，但不会让人觉得有压迫感...
服务员把我们带到座位，就会让我们有充足的时间看menu...
决定好要点什么后，就自己在他们准备好的点单上划下要点的东西~
然后再把点单交给服务员，他们会把所点的重复确认一次才下单...
很不错的system，省时又有效率~

显然那是很不明智的选择...

Jojoba Spa is one of the top ranking spa in KL...

well known with it's 5star service and of course the 5star price...

without the discounted voucher, i don't think i can afford to enjoy the service...

as i mentioned in my last post about Craft Brews...

i won a tower of beer on my BFF's birthday celebration~

as i don't want to waste the tower of beer...

me and Bei actually went back and finish the tower...

Brutal IPA Tower  RM 199.00

 it cost RM 199.00 originally?! my god!

i didn't realise it until just now i refer back to the receipt...

Brutal IPA was nice... 

easily taste the very strong malt taste in it...

but, seriously, 1 tower for 2 was crazy... =D

it was a late dinner...

hence, our orders were "light"...

Caesar Salad  RM 18.00

 Caesar Salad with bacon...

the most fattening salad...

but it was nice! at least the croutons were fresh and crunchy...

Pork Skewers  RM 18.00

 this is superb! i love it!

roasted pork topped with spices and burned it like doing Satay~

OMG!! it was so nice!! hmm...

miss it already~

Home-made Crispy Wedges  RM 10.00

after the last time i had their wedges from the meat platter~

i was actually missing their wedges everyday...

i didn't expect it to be so many in 1 portion...

too bad, we can't finish the wedges...

but it was really really nice!

saltiness was just nice and with the crispiness...

wow! was so good with the beer~

Craft Brews is really a great place for a group of friends to hang out...

of course it would be even better if everyone from the group drink...

haha~ well... it is also good for dinner though...

i'm a lazy bug... delayed this post for a month~

perhaps, i have too many to share...

that's why i'm late? =P

it was my BFF's birthday celebration...

we always allow the birthday girl/boy to choose the restaurant she/he wanted to go~

and this is what she chose...

a restaurant that located opposite to Tesco...

a restaurant that i always wanted to give a try~

turn the menu around, the you will see the drinks menu~ ^^

kinda like their ambience~

so sorry for not having any nice picture of the restaurant ambience...

as i know, Craft Brews carries their own beer~

and of course... being a beer drinker, we will go for the special brews...

me and Bei took the Happy Hour 2 pint set...

which we can choose whatever we want from the fixed items...

we chose Oregasmic and Brutal IPA...

what a good promotion...
it valid for 3 days before and 3 days after of your birthday...
the green colour beer was what they served to the birthday girl~
i barely remember they named it as Monster...

when we were wondering what to order~
the waiter served this to the table next to us...
then~ that's what we ordered! =D

of course not only the salad...
we had the mixed meat platter for sharing...

there were 2 different flavours of pork ribs and 2 different flavours of chicken leg...
served with corns and potato wedges...
their wedges were superb and were one of the signatures dishes...

remember the complimentary meal for the birthday girl?
we chose Pork Bolognese with Fettuccini...
it was delicious too...
in fact was just like normal bolognese... XD

but i wonder why the vegetarian pasta was topped with bacon...
it must be human fault... =/

and we are all the trendy young people...
so, we had the recently hot and popular cake for the birthday girl~
haha! the Strawberry Mille Crepe...

we had a great night out~

i twisted my right leg again~
with my pair of new wedges on it...
Bei was nagging me the whole night... (poor me...Y.Y )
but, i won a tower of beer from guessing the football match score...
i suppose it was a compensation to my twisted leg...
i was the 3rd draw... the previous 2 left the restaurant before the match end...
lucky? unlucky? haha~
got to go back again and redeem my tower of beer...
of course~ even if i didn't get the free beer, it's still a restaurant that worth for second visit... ^^

his birthday at Bubba Gump, The Curve

7th of January 26 years back...

was the day he first say hi to the world~

about 5 years back, it became an important day to me...

since then, every 7th of January...

is the day i will spend my day with him~

no matter what happens...

he chose Bubba Gump for the birthday dinner~

we did enjoy ourselves there...

with the good food and good service...

let's see what we had for the celebration... ^^

all the soft drinks are refillable...

and their special Mango Sparkler as well~

the peel and eat shrimps...

this time, we chose to have the mixed of Garlic Spice and Cajun Spice...

haha! anyway~

i let him to choose what tempted him from the menu...

yea~ it was awesome! 

the Drunken Shrimp.. i was wondering why am i not drunk after having this! XD

another pick of the day was Cajun Shrimp~

shrimps sautéed in a hot and spicy Cajun Butter Sauce

served with garlic bread for drippin'

it was not bad, the sauce was good...

was a good match with the garlic bread~

but i prefer the Cajun Prawns that we had in L·table...

we can't call a perfect meal if there is no dessert~

my plan was order a piece of cake from the menu as his birthday cake...

then, i can get the crew to sing a special birthday song for him...

(is part of their norms when there's a birthday customer in the restaurant ^^)

unfortunately, he didn't want it...

so, i just picked a dessert that looks yummy from the menu...

then i was attracted by the special funny name of it - That Chocolate Thing

a special jar of warm flourless chocolate cake, topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream~
and drizzled with a raspberry sauce...
it was SUPERB AWESOMELY YUMMY!!

i thought it must be a very sweet dessert...
surprisingly, it was not!
the sweetness was just nice... and the mixture of warm chocolate cake and ice cream was awesome!
highly recommended dessert~ =)

it was a blue blue Monday~
can't remember why we head to The Curve for dinner...
the reason why we picked Bubba Gump was because it was new to us...

i like their table setting~ so cute and funny... 

their menu was quite nice...

even the last page of the menu also with a very cute logo on it...

smiling shrimp~ eat and smile... ^^

same like TGI Friday, Chili's etc...
some of their drinks are free refill...
including their Mango Sparkler~
and mine Mango Sparkler was a special one...
because i requested for a Mango Sparkler without the Mango...

Mango Sparkler, a combination of Mango, Lemonade, Orange Juice and  Lemon-Lime~

when i was walking from the entrance to the restaurant~
i found that almost every table has the same dish on it...
yes! is their signature dish...

choose between Bubba's Garlic Spice or Secret Recipe Cajun Spice...
and decide on ¾ pound or ask for more at 1½ pounds~
with the waiter recommendation, we chose ¾ pound for 4 sharing with Bubba's Garlic Spice...

one of us wanted some pasta~
therefore, we had "...Of Course We Have Scampi!"~
tender shrimp sautéed with Capers in Lemon - Garlic Butter...
served over a bed of Linguini...
love the name and the shrimp but not the pasta...ha!

i wonder the fish served was really catch of the day...
anyhow, it was yummy!
charbroiled Cajun spiced Catch of the Day with Bourbon Street sauce and shrimp...
served over mashed potatoes~
if you don't want a whole seafood meal, you can choose chicken for this dish instead of fish...

Bourbon Street Catch of the Day -- is it the fresh catch fish or frozen fish? i'm not interested! 

Jing is a shrimp freak!
hence, we had - Mama Blue's Southern Charmed Fried Shrimp -
in fact, it was just normal fried shrimp served with fries and cocktail sauce for drippin'...

i ordered a dessert as well...
not because i suddenly fell in love with dessert...
it was just because i got cheated by the picture in the menu~
i was hoping to take a nice picture of the dessert...
luckily it tasted not bad...

i will definitely go back again for the Net Catch and many more from the menu~
their service was good, friendly, funny and very alert waiters...
reasonable price with fresh seafood...
for shrimp freak like Jing, this is the place that you should dine!

Bavarian Bierhaus German Restaurant & Bar, The Curve

2 days before we step into new year~
we decided to have our new year celebration earlier, and we wanted to have steak initially...
but when we were standing in front of TGIF, the manager told us, we have to wait at least 40 minutes for the food to be ready...
gosh! full house! ya~ thanks to our kind PM gave us a special holiday on 31.12.2010...
since we already in The Curve, hence we head to another restaurant that i wanted to try for so long...

to have some big huge sausages...

is that representing German? i got no idea on it...

 table mat...

they used special printed paper instead...

 the window decoration...

i think beer is one of the German significances...

they used beer bottles to decorate their restaurant...

 it was a happening night...

everywhere had crowd... ^^

 my ♥ had his all time favourite Cafe Latte @ RM 9.00...

and yes! that was sucks...

 we ordered 2 sausage recipes...

the German Bratwurst Sausage @ RM 39.00

the sausages were so juicy.... like it very much~

top with bacon and served together with baked beans...

Hungarian Sausage @ RM 39.00

served with mashed potato and asparagus...

both recipes used different sausages...

and i like both! 

when the food served, we were actually thinking where to have our 2nd round...

the portion looked so small, and we thought we wouldn't be fulled...

in fact, we were wrong...very wrong~

i can't even finish 2 sausages, i was so full!

i will definitely go back for their signature pork knuckles...

while i was waiting for my food to be served, i looked around the restaurant...almost every table had the pork knuckles...

for those who love pork recipes or German cuisines...Bavarian Bierhaus will be a good choice! =)
