Petite Millie, 1 Utama Shopping Center

ever since 1 Utama Shopping Center done with it's old wing renovation~

there are lots of new restaurant setting up for their patrons...

Petite Millie is one of the restaurants that attracted my attention...

there was a day almost all the bloggers' link showed the title "Petite Millie"...

then, reading the review in NÜYou added the interest to maximum...

so, we went on a Saturday date~ =)

Petite Millie = Little Millesime

an extension of restaurant Millesime located in Menara Kencana Petroleum in Solaris Dutamas area...

setting based on the modern European casual dining...

cuisine served is French influenced~

Kim Fah Bakery 锦华茶室饼家, Raub, Pahang

彭亨州有许多很有特色的老招牌茶室...

其中一家就是位于劳勿县的锦华茶室饼家~

一家老店里，由家人同心协力的经营着...

每天午茶时间，店里都坐满他们的熟客...

有三五成群的老伯伯，带着孩子的父母~

就连时下年轻人也都会在这里用下午茶...

当然，这也是我钟意的下午茶地点...

Espresso Lab, The Gardens

oh~ i had a great day out with girlfriend...

ever since we decided the venue as The Gardens~ 

we decided to have our 1st coffee at EspressoLab...

a kiosk located at the walkway from The Gardens to Mid Valley or vice versa...

the EspressoLab...

it was a brilliant idea to have a coffee kiosk at the walkway...

the fragrance of coffee will definitely drive the crowd~

with the yummy-licious cake display...

is really quite difficult to resist i believe...

Fresca Mexican Kitchen & Bar, The Gardens

i love food! i always mad about food!

2 weeks ago, i had a date with my best girlfriend...

we went to EspressoLab for coffee, went for art shop, for girl talks and of course for good food~

planned our itinerary together few days ahead...

but itinerary changed after i read about FRESCA~

FRESCA Mexican Kitchen & Bar - the hidden gem of The Gardens

a newly opened Mexican restaurant which served full Mexican menu~

located at a private corner in The Gardens...

it has real good ambiance and service...

七月号《美丽佳人》- Selina：我心中的疤

在六月号里，Selina分享了她爱上的如何教会她不浪费情绪...

等了一个月，终于等到她的第二篇专栏~

七月号的专栏，和金曲奖S.H.E强势回归的表演有关...

我没有看直播，我是在一天后从网络上看到她们的表演片断的~

很感人...在555天之后，S.H.E再次合体踏上舞台，唱着《Shero》和《Superstar》...

可以看到在场的每一个人都热血沸腾...

主持人佼佼也看得泪盈满眶~

而我从Selina一个人唱着《爱我的每个人》开始，全身鸡皮疙瘩，然后泪水狂飙...

几天后，就看到了Selina的《我心中的疤......》~

原来金曲奖的演出让她心中以为已沉淀的伤和痛通通浮现~

纵使身上的压力衣可以压下身上的疤...

但心里的疤却早已形成...

她真的很勇敢，很坚强~

如果她可以坚强，开朗和积极的面对人生...

那我们这些没有经历过大风大浪的人又有什么理由放弃？

所以，就让我们和Selina一起努力，让我们的生命树上都开满幸福的果实吧！

期待八月号的《美丽佳人》...

I Want to Win an Awesome Tropical Island Holiday with Cikipedia!

I'm participating in Cikipedia's Healthy Getaway Weekend! can't believe that i'm participating this contest~ it is a contest asking people to share about their own daily or weekly workout routine... hmm... i am really a very lazy person~ as i don't really like to move... but i'm a lady... so, i have body shape to take care of... but, how? as i am not staying with my parents here, i got to do the houseworks all by myself~ and i believe that's the best weekly workout routine... from sweeping the floor to change and wash the bedsheets... in and out of the entire house... huh! it takes me hours to finish all~ and i sweat it all out while doing all that... that's my weekly workout routine... =)

相信在华人乐坛里，没有人会不晓得S.H.E是谁~

Selina，Hebe和Ella一向都拥有一种很正面的形象...

她们是最厉害的女子天团，最棒的重唱组合...

圈内许多大牌都很疼她们三个~

不单单是因为她们人气旺，更是因为她们待人真诚...

还记得去年10月，在她们爱而唯一世界巡回演唱会的最后一站-台北站~

Selina终于公开了她的恋情...

看着她将步上最美满的人生，所有人都羡慕着她的美好的时候...

老天爷跟她开了一场非常大的玩笑，给了她一个痛不欲生的考验~

因为一场安全措施没有做好的爆破戏，让她从天堂掉下了地狱...

最爱美的她，全身严重三度烧伤...

让她必须经历一些非常人所能体会的日子...

阔别演艺圈一年多的她，在身体状况逐渐恢复的情况下慢慢复工~

更在上个月开始为《美丽佳人》写专栏...

The Home Cooking Dishes 鼎丰家乡菜, Sungai Way

ever since we know this bunch of senior friends...

we've been eating around in Klang Valley area...

most of the time i was not carrying my camera~

this time, i decided to took the pictures with my iPhone...

i worked in Public Bank Sungai Way about 2 years ago...

but i never know there is such a nice home cooking restaurant till then~

The Home Cooking Dishes was in the newspaper before...

with the famous barbecue pork named as Mop Char Siew 

拖地叉烧  Mop Char Siew

 there is also another name for the Char Siew which is Crystal Char Siew...

because it looks shinning and melted in mouth~

well marinated too... really as good as what it was reported...

a must have item if you visit The Home Cooking Dishes...

Hai Yew Heng 海友兴海鲜酒家, Tanjung Sepat

摩立 (Morib) 和丹绒士拔 (Tanjung Sepat) 距离大概15-20分钟的车程~

因为在摩立黄金海岸水上乐园度假村找不到我们想吃的...

所以我们就开车往丹绒士拔去吃晚餐...

中午的时候在海湾海鲜舫吃得不太尽兴...

于是，我们又吃了一餐海鲜大餐...

海友兴海鲜酒家是由海友兴手工海南包店的老板所经营...

我们一连去了两次~

第一次是当天晚餐，第二次是第二天的午餐...

有别于一般的酒家，海友兴海鲜酒家是经营在一间大大的开放式礼堂里...

相信是许多当地人办酒席的好地方...

晚餐的时间，他们几乎座满...

幸好，我们早到了一点点，不然可有的等咯~ =D

腐乳油麦  RM 8.00

还不错~不会太油，也不会太咸...
菜也很鲜嫩~ 如果加入丁点小辣椒一起炒应该会更棒吧！

薄荷虾  RM 25.00

他们的招牌菜~
都印在布条上，高高地挂在他们的横梁上...
非常好吃！酸酸辣辣的，加上薄荷叶的清凉~
非常新鲜的搭配...真是多谢点菜小姐的介绍...

when we talk about Gold Coast, the first thing come into our mind will be Sepang Gold Coast...

the Palm Spring Hotel which very famous in Dubai and now is in Malaysia~

but, i think now many people will also know about Gold Coast Morib...

thanks to all the deals selling website, Gold Coast Morib Resort now is selling hot their 2D1N room package...

we bought it when it first launched...

pre-booked it months ago~

and finally we were there for our long waited short getaway on a public holiday weekend...

while waiting for the check in, we hang around at the beach...

Menya Musashi, Isetan 1 Utama

ever since Isetan 1 Utama completed it's Eat Paradise~

all the restaurants located in Eat Paradise have been the latest hot topics in Klang Valley...

i've passed by a few time but never dine in any of the restaurants there...

Menya Musashi got my attention because it is the most lively restaurant among all~

and they always have a full house and people lining up outside...

after i read a few reviews from some bloggers, i said to myself "the next meal in 1Utama will be in Menya Musashi..."

soon enough, we went on a Saturday night...
