what is the latest eating hot spot in Klang Valley?

the recently pop up Burger Lab is the answer~

i know i am being a bit late...

but what to do? they always sold out at around 9pm...

to wait for 45 minutes for a burger sounds crazy to me...

worth waiting for?

will you say no to a burger like this?

i wouldn't! that is why i went hunting for it!

went on a Sunday, and i arrived at 4.50pm...

look at the queue... i'm sure they were there even before 4.30pm...

greeted by friendly staff of myBurgerLab at the entrance

yes! we went on mid autumn festival...

the door opened at 5.05pm and we were all greeted by the friendly staff...

i've planned what i wanted so i didn't really go through their menu... XD

waited for about 20 minutes for my turn to order since i stepped in the Lab...

i kinda like their chalk wording up there~

after the ordering, i quickly grabbed a chance to take a shoot of their busy kitchen...

look at all the cooks were working so hard to get everybody's crave fixed... =D

i got my orders after sharp 45 minutes since i stepped in...

A++  RM 16.00

that's Bei's A++... it was not in the menu~

i asked for it because i read about it from some bloggers's review...

homemade beef patty, sharp cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, enoki and shitake mushroom in homemade charcoal bun...

the difference between A+ and A++ was the Parmesan crisp...

i've overheard one of the cooks telling the "leng lui" cashier that there's no A++ available~

but i've placed my order, and they made it for me... =)

i never know enoki and shitake mushroom can be part of the burger~

it was a new burger experience, a real nice and fantastic experience...

Beautiful Mess  RM 18.00

i had the Beautiful Mess... 

homemade beef patty, fried portabello mushroom, sunny side up egg and mozzarella cheese sandwiched in  homemade charcoal bun...

it was really a mess, but a very satisfying mess...

i love the moment when the egg yoke was all around~

it was just so nice when everything mixed together... 

Awesome Fries  RM 6.00 with bottomless soft drink

we added RM 6.00 to make our A++ a set...

the set came with an Awesome fries and bottomless soft drink...

why Awesome? because that was how it's been named...

the fries was really awesome as they sprinkled not only salt but also herbs...

the homemade sauce that came with the fries has pushed the credits even higher...

Fried Portabello Mushroom  RM 15.00

as a mushroom lover, how can i miss this awesome snack?

wedges of portabello mushroom coated with crumbs and deep fried...

served with their very unique homemade sauce...

crispy outside and soft inside... i'm in love with it!! =D

that's our happy faces when we got our burgers...

don't worry  you look AWESOME

it was an sinful but AWESOME early dinner...

from we stepped in to our burgers served, the whole process took 45 minutes...

but i would say, they are definitely worth waiting for...

i would rather wait for the burger to be done nicely and perfectly than have the pre-made patty burger fast...

we went back for take away another day~

it was extraordinary that Bei willing to wait for 30 minutes to take away the burger...

it shows how awesome the burgers are...

Beautiful Mess with set  RM 24.00

we had the Beautiful Mess again...

i like how they prepared for take away...

put everything in a uncovered container and left the top opened...

so that the steam won't wet the burger~ smart action! =)

Swisstake  RM 14.50

baby sis loves enoki mushroom...

when she saw the ingredients of Swisstake written on the menu board...

she just can't resist it...

homemade beef patty, melted Swiss cheese, enoki and shiitake mushroom in homemade charcoal bun...

it was really nice as everything just so flavourful...

A+  RM 15.00

i had an A+ as they were sold out for the chicken and vegetarian burger...

i wanted to try their vegetarian burger as the patty is made with mushrooms...

well~ i believe there will always be another time...

next time i will just bring everybody from the family...

just to try every single menu from myBurgerLab...

if you are still yet to find out how awesome myBurgerLab's burgers are...

don't think, just head to their Lab...

it might takes up some time to wait, but you are not waiting for nothing...

once you have tried, you will be addicted like i do... =D
