Softcore @ Bandar Sunway - the Molten Cake expert

ever since my baby Kerry was born, i've never go out with any friends by myself...
not only that i couldn't leave him alone, but also because not everyone can really understand that babies will cry most of time they need something...
more so babies will give us many surprises, like poo poo or vomiting milk...
well~ i'm not complaining...
i'm just understanding that my friends do not need to bear with the hassle... =)
anyway, there are also some exceptional...
i went out for some salted egg yolk goodness the other day with baby Kerry and uncle Kenseh...
the salted egg yolk goodness
this uncle Kenseh of baby Kerry is always my makan-mate before baby Kerry was born...
and thank God, he is still my makan-mate even with baby Kerry around...
the first time we makan together was KFC take away at my place~
then, we decided to give this goodness a try...
- Softcore @ Bandar Sunway -
smoking area
walking near to the cafe, beautiful flowers in the center welcoming us...
together with some tables and chairs to cater for smokers or those who prefer natural wind...
interior
simple interior with white colour as base...
there are also some high tables and chairs close to the wall...
spotted the upper space?
i think it's perfect for a simple and small party~
counter
the counter cum bar was at the left hand side...
take your time to decide what you would like to eat~
then place your order and pay at the counter...
as our main target was the salted egg yolk molten cake...
hence, we decided to have one main and one molten cake for sharing~
Milkshake - Red Bean  RM 14.00
combination of vanilla New Zealand ice cream, red bean, coconut cream, black sesame and rice puffs, served with whipped cream on top...
i was kinda disappointed with this milkshake...
it was smooth, but the taste of red bean was very mild...
as it was named as Red Bean Milkshake, i expect it to taste more red bean...
Smoothie - Tangy Citrus  RM 12.50
combination of orange, grapefruit and lime...
another disappointment of the day...
it was so blend despite having so many types of fruits in it...
Rustic Baked Chicken  RM 24.00
oven baked chicken thigh bedded on pumpkin mash and braised cabbage, topped with rocket and orange salad, served with charred onion sauce...
chicken thigh was juicy and very well marinated...
pumpkin mash and braised cabbage added some points to this dish...
Salted Yolk Molten Cake  RM 17.00
zeng zeng!! here comes the highlight of the day~
- Salted Yolk Molten Cake -
Belgium white chocolate cake with salted egg yolk center, served with vanilla ice cream on crumble and rice puffs...
oozy salted egg yolk
 i like cutting molten cake~
the feeling is like poking a sunny side up egg yolk...
it's just so fun!!
this Salted Yolk Molten Cake not only looking good, it tasted heavenly too...
the combination of sweet and savory, hot and cold complimented each other so well...
an unique twist between dessert and famous Asian flavor~
double K~
 uncle Kenseh and baby Kerry~
sincerely thanks to uncle Kenseh for bringing us out...
we had a wonderful evening...
let's have another outing soon... ^^
