The Smokehouse, Cameron Highland

it was the last day of Chinese New Year~

the Chinese Valentine's Day...

we went to Cameron Highland for Chinese medication...

haha! sounds so Chinese... =D

whenever we go to Camero Highland, we will always head to this cosy and nice restaurant to have our afternoon tea~

an English old style with nice environment restaurant...

- The Smokehouse -

they served different menu for different time frame~

breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner...

let's see what we had as our afternoon tea...

special afternoon teas menu~

 as usual, bei will has his cup of Cafe Latte...

3 layers or 4 layers? XD

Cafe Latte  RM17  (i know it was overpriced)

 i chose to have tea set...

which come with pot of tea and their signature Scones~

the Devonshire Cream Tea Set...

 wanted to try their scones for so long...

and yes! it was so nice! crispy outside soft inside and not too buttery~

yum yum...

the yummilicious Scones from the set...

 a perfect scone got to match with nice strawberry preserve and cream~

their strawberry preserve was just perfect with the scone!

not too sweet and the taste of strawberry is strong enough...

oh gosh~ i'm craving for it already...

the strawberry preserve and cream that served together with the scones...

 we thought we could just have the scones and our drinks~

it was just a thought... haha!

when i studied the menu, i was attracted by the description...

toast and bacon grilled with cheese...

after we have made the order, we actually worried it will end up just 2 slices of bread topped with bacon and some cheese~

look at the photo below you will know...

yes! we were wrong! it was AWESOMELY nice!

with nice name as well~

Elegant Highland Rarebit  RM35

 every item in the menu were all overpriced...

well~ the very famous tourism spot in Malaysia...

they priced for the tourists from all over the world~

i don't blame them!

in fact, to me with the very nice and cosy environment...

of course with the one you love...

make every single cent worthwhile~

once in a while... okay la~ ^^

the crazy love birds... =)

i always wanted to stay in their hotel room...

even just one night~ i would be really happy...

but it's really pricey to me now!

maybe few years later~ perhaps, next year? 

work harder then! =D
